2. How Much Does It Cost To Make My Advert Featured?
At present, it costs £50 per month to have your site featured. Featured sites rotate on the homepage and get access to over 50,000 unique visitors per month.
3. I Am An Estate Agent And Would Like To List Multiple Properties, What Will This Cost?
At present, we are not charging to list properties, in three months time, we will be charging a fee per listing to estate agennts. This will be negotatiable depending on volume. Please contact us directly to discuss this.
4. How Long Will My Ads Stay Live?
Your ads will stay live for a default period of 30 days. This can be reduced or extended. It will be necessary to log in to renew your listing when it expires.
5. I Have Sold My Property, What Next?
Congratulations, we ask that you remove your property from the listings by logging into your account. Any ongoing advice should be handled by your solicitor or estate agent where applicable.
6. How Much Exposure will My Listing Get?
You will immediately have access to 50,000+ Unique visitors per month, searching for properties such as yours. We will be expanding the network also over the coming months.
